Q: The Minuetto is not initialising but I am following the instructions 100%.

A: There was a bug in the initial build with the first installer. This bug has been fixed. Please go your Just Trains account and to the downloads section and redownload the updated installer. Uninstall your current installation and then install the new one.

Q: The Minuetto windscreen is opaque. How do I fix that?

Q: The shortcut table in the Minuetto’s manual is showing the description in Italian and it is therefore not clear to which controls they refer.

A: We have updated the manual to now show the correct English description. Please go your Just Trains account and to the downloads section and redownload the updated installer. Uninstall your current installation and then install the new one. This has the updated manuals in it.

Q: The Full functioning SCMT plugin is not supplied in the software. Why is that? 

A: We do not have permission to include that and so we have included a custom-built reduced functionality SCMT plugin which gives you the basic operations. Please refer to the updated manual that explains that and where to download and install the fully functioning SCMT plugin. The updated manual is included in the latest installer. Please go your Just Trains account and to the downloads section and redownload the updated installer. Uninstall your current installation and then install the new one.
