When you end a flight, the aircraft automatically saves the current cockpit, avionics and systems configuration. The next time you load the same aircraft, that state will be restored automatically, allowing you to continue where you left off. The majority of cockpit switches, systems and avionics settings are restored, although some items are intentionally excluded where restoration could interfere with aircraft initialisation or simulator operation.

State saving doesn’t currently save and restore FMS CDU data or AFCAS/ATS modes.
