When you placed your order we will have sent you an order confirmation email with details of how to access your account. Please login to your account and click on the Your Orders button to view all your orders.
On the Your Orders page you will be able to click on the 'Download/Activation Details' button of the relevant order, and access your download along with any keycodes (if applicable) or installation instructions.
Please note that pre-orders may not be available until the release date, at which point we will email you to let you know that the product is now available in your account.
If you do not know your account password, you can use the Password Reset to create a new one.
My download product is missing and/or you've charged me for a product I haven't received
After placing your order you should receive an email receipt and be able to view your purchases in your account. If you haven't received an email receipt or cannot find the product(s) purchased in your account it may be that the order didn't successfully complete and you wouldn't have been charged.
Upon checking your bank account you may notice a transaction for a Just Flight/Trains purchase, however this is a payment authorisation and not a full charge - the transaction should disappear from your statement after a few days and the authorisation hold on the money released, the time taken for this process to complete is dependant on the bank you use. If the payment authorisation hasn't disappeared after a few days please submit a support ticket and we can double-check with our payment providers to ensure that payment wasn't taken.
When you placed your order we will have sent you an order confirmation email with details of the shipping method being used for your order. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive in the postal system, as per our guidelines below:
- Orders to addresses in the UK are sent by Royal Mail first class post. Please allow up to 14 working days to receive goods despatched to the UK - we often hear from our customers that orders are received within a couple of days, if not next day!
- Orders to addresses outside the UK are delivered by Airmail. All overseas customers should allow up to 28 working days for delivery.
