One of the Just Flight Support team may ask you to provide log files from the product in order to assist with troubleshooting.
A log file named "AOG_FlightSummary_last" is generated in the respecitve product's 'work' folder at the end of a flight. It will be overwritten at the end of every subsequent flight, so it only displays a log of your most recently completed flight.
The log file is generated in the following file directories; these vary depending on the product and the version of MSFS used:
F70 Professional
