If you have purchased the Turbo Arrow through Steam and you get a .cfg error you will need to download the correct version below and place in the below folder:
C:\Users\{USERNAME}\AppData\Roaming\JustFlight
Turbo Arrow III 348B
Turbo Arrow IV 346B
