Checking your email and password
Please make sure that your email is spelt correctly and you are using the same one that is on your Just Trains account.
You can check this by attempting to log in on the website. If your email is incorrect and you are unable to change it, please follow the guidance here.
If the above is not applicable, please make sure that your password is spelt correctly. You will also need to check that you are using the correct password which is on your Just Trains account. If you are still unable to log in, please reset your password. You can do this by visiting the 'My Account' section and clicking on the 'Forgotten your Password?' link of the Just Trains website and following the password FAQ here.
