The two most common causes of the aircraft not moving on the ground are:
- The parking Brake is engaged (this can be disengaged either via the Parking Brake control assignments or by clicking the parking brake handle on the left side of the pedestal).
- The chocks are still in place (these can be removed either via the CHOCKS button on the EFB Aircraft page, or by clicking on the chocks in MSFS 2024’s walkaround mode).
If the aircraft fails to move with the chocks removed and the parking brake released, this would suggest that an external factor is causing a conflict with the braking system or flight model. Our recommended troubleshooting steps are:
- Ensure the simulator is not paused.
- Ensure that there are no conflicting control assignments relating to “Brakes” or “Parking Brake”.
- Ensure there are no conflicting mods/products in your Community folder.
