Due to the custom-coded fuel system included in the F28 Professional, we advise against using the MSFS Weight and Balance menu. Any adjustments to the MSFS Weight and Balance menu can cause incorrect values to be loaded into the aircraft, potentially leading to an overloaded aircraft, or shifting the centre of gravity out of limits. 

Please use the fuel and payload controls on the EFB/Tablet to adjust the fuel and payload once you have loaded into the aircraft.
