How Do I Activate The Rotating Dome On The AWACs Aircraft?

To switch on the rotating dome:

Switch to the 2-D cockpit
Click on the arrow icon to the left of the airspeed indicator to bring up the panel icons
Click on the RD icon to open the RotoDome panel
Rotate the knob from the OFF to ON position by left clicking on it

The radar dome should now begin rotating.
