To ensure that this aircraft is as realistic as possible, by default you will need to use the toe brakes to apply differential braking in order to steer the aircraft whilst taxiing. To do this, you can press the - and the * on your keyboard's number pad.

This can be disabled two different ways which are explained below. 

 

  1. Load up the 'Canberra_Flight_Analysis.exe' tool from Start > All Programs > Just Flight > Canberra PR9, go to the 'Aircraft Configuration' page and select 'Direct Nose-Wheel Steering'.

     

  2. Click on  the click spot on the trim panel as shown below which will allow you to add in differential braking using the normal break-rudder action.
